So who uses Youtube for some extra traffic to their dating sites?

I found that a lot more people click on my links in the discription area at Youtube than most places. I'm pretty sure that it is because Youtube is a trusted venue.
You need to be careful in what you post as it really has to be PG or mild R rated stuff.
